Made It To The Top Ten

Yes! at last the school year has ended. This picture was taken during the awarding of the top ten of the Preparatory students. This is the moment that I've been waiting and being an active mommy I am so so proud of my son being in the top 10 of his class.

Final Examination At Last

It was last Friday when the teacher of my son announces on its final examination for the preparatory students. The teacher gave us some pointers to review and the schedule of the examination for each subjects.

Last Monday, the scheduled exam is for English subject, my son pass it without any review :). And this afternoon they have the mathematics, thanks God without reviewing he perfected the exam. And there is still two subjects to go, the Pilipino and Science I hope he can pass it too and make it to the top again. Lets wait and see....

Gelo's Class Picture

Today the Preparatory students took a class picture. It was 3:00 pm when the teacher ask the parents to accompany our kids to the main school to have a class picture with the school principal. My son Gelo was so excited and even ask me if what he will gonna wear for the pictorial, I replied him "just your uniform dear." He thought they will do modeling picture. :)

Kiddie Holiday

Yesterday, the teacher announced to all parents that the Olympic holiday for the preparatory students is set on February 15, 2008. There will be a parade and sports fest for the kids. They should wear yellow t-shirt and green jogging pants on this occasion. We were so excited 'coz at last the Kiddie Holiday is set up. All mom's were present yesterday to talk about where to buy t-shirt and other things needed. Well, goodluck kids! Have a great fun! Love from all mommy's.

Spelling Wiz Kid

Today, I got a good news from Angelo's teacher. I was outside of the school building when suddenly, one of my co-parents approached me. I was surprise why the teacher is calling me. So, I hurry up and I approach the teacher why she's calling me. The teacher had told me "Mrs. Allanza I've chosen your son Angelo for the upcoming spelling contest, and please guide him and practice him for the coming contest" other parents said, "why not the top 1 or 2 you did'nt choose teacher," then the teacher answered them back, "I've chosen Angelo because he was the best student for this contest as per record shows Angelo has a consistent record based on his scores". I didn't expect that my son was the chosen one. :)

Gelo Made It To Top 7th!

January 7, 2008 is the first day of the resuming school days for my son Gelo. It was quite so exciting, because when we arrived to school the least of the top ten in their class was posted. I was so amazed that my son made it from top 7th during 2nd grading period. In fact, he was top 9th on their 1st grading, so he jumped on 2 levels, a big clap!!!! Hep..hep…hooray! its really a big applause for my son

Preparatory Learning

Preparatory is the stage where the students started to learn how to read and write. They will learn how to read, count from 1 to 100, and even write alphabets and numbers, and also they will learn and start to draw using their own imagination. It is also the stage were they will learn and acquainted with other children.
