This fruit is called “Papaya.” We gather this in our farm in the province. It is very sweet and similar to taste of peach.
Papaya can be eaten ripe and unripe. The green papaya is the unripe and it is usually used as a vegetable. In our country Philippine, we used to mix this in our specialty recipe which is called “Tinola.” We also used it as pickles.
Papaya fruit is also used as tenderizer, grind the green papaya and mix it to the meat. Ripe papaya fruit is also use to remedy digestive system. And it is also rich in Vitamin A.

An Apple A Day
In Christianity, we all know that "Apple" is the forbidden fruit for Adam and Eve. It is one of my favorite fruit it contains Vitamin C, and reduces the risk of colon cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer.
I used to let my children drink juice of apple whenever they are suffering from loose bowels movement. It reduces the risk of colon cancer and also to those who are suffering from heart diseases, take apple because it doesn't have any cholesterol. As they say "an apple a day keeps the doctor away."
