Last Saturday night we went to dine at Gumbo restaurant at the Mall of Asia. Our friends Che and Steve treated us. The restaurant is located at the front view of bay at 2nd floor of Mall of Asia. We have a bountiful dinner, the restaurant is affordable and they have a very accommodating crews. This photo is taken at the restaurant, we order this dessert, they call this as their special New Orleans pudding, its yummy licious, with ice cream on top of it.

Oh WOW! What a small world! I was on the team that approved the restaurant loan for Gumbo; and their desserts were in their business plan, but I'd never seen that one! Looks delicious!
