One of the essential needs of our body is Potassium. Banana a day needed to our body to ensure enough potassium to our body needs. It is low in calories and fat which is a very good example of fruit, that contains minerals which is potassium. Potassium is one of the most important elements to our body. so be sure to have enough potassium to your body to avoid weakness, insomnia and even irregular heart rate. So. eat banana daily to keep your natural potassium supply, and stay healthy. Good that one of my favorite fruit is banana, sometimes I slice it with my quacker oats and also to my pancake. Have a banana a day its good for your health. :)
