Chicken Food

As an active mommy I know what is the favorite food of my kids. Chicken is one of the favorite food of my son. Almost everyday they are asking for their lunch or dinner for fried chicken. It's good that chicken contains "lean protein" which is composed of amino acids. Amino acids, is essential for overall health for proper immune functions and hormone balance, for good muscle tone and also for skin resilience.

Chicken is also a good source of minerals and sulfur, phosphorous, selenium, and copper. It is a very nutritious food that's good for the health of your kids. In order to lower the fat content of the chicken, remove the skin and then roast or broil it.
